1. General Terms

1.1. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Aviontus IELTS Institute for both online and offline training programs.
1.2. Registering for our courses confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1.3. Aviontus reserves the right to update or modify these terms without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via our official website or email.

2. Enrollment & Payments

2.1. Enrollment is confirmed only upon full payment of the selected course fee or as per the payment plan.
2.2. Course fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of attendance or completion status.
2.3. Course fees, content, and duration may change at any time without prior notice to students.
2.4. Payments must be made via approved payment methods (bank transfer, UPI, debit/credit card, or online wallet).
2.5. Aviontus reserves the right to restrict access to the course and/ or cancel registration if a student fails to complete the payment in the stipulated time period.

3. Course Duration & Attendance

3.1. The maximum course duration is two (2) calendar months, unless specified otherwise.
3.2. Students must attend sessions regularly, whether online or offline. Aviontus is not responsible for missed sessions, and no refunds or compensations will be provided unless in unavoidable cases.
3.3. In case of unavoidable circumstances, a student may request rescheduling, subject to trainer availability and approval.

 

4. Learning Resources & Intellectual Property

4.1. All course materials, including videos, PDFs, presentations, and assessments, are the intellectual property of Aviontus and must not be copied, shared, or resold.
4.2. Unauthorized distribution of study materials will result in immediate termination of course access, with no refund and apt legal action.
4.3. Student implicitly grants permission to Aviontus to use student feedback, testimonials, and results, or performance improvements for marketing and promotional purposes unless a student explicitly opts out in writing.

5. Code of Conduct & Discipline

5.1. Proper conduct and respect MUST be maintained at all times. Any form of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will automatically lead to course termination without any refunds whatsoever. Further, disciplinary legal action may be taken against the concerned student(s).
5.2. Students agree to follow the instructions religiously provided by their trainers to achieve the best results.
5.3. Recording of live classes is strictly prohibited.
5.4. Any form of plagiarism, cheating, or misuse of assessments will result in disciplinary action.

6. Certification & Results

6.1. In selected courses, students may receive a certificate of completion upon successfully finishing their course and meeting attendance and assessment criteria.
6.2. Aviontus does NOT guarantee IELTS band scores or specific results, as scores depend on individual effort, practice, and performance.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

7.1. We do not have any refund policy. However, in case of medical exigency, we may consider the matter. A student cannot claim refunds as a matter or right.
7.2. If Aviontus cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be eligible for rescheduling but not for a refund.
7.3. Requests for course transfers to another batch or student must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.

7.4. All refunds, if applicable, will happen within 30 days of receipt.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Aviontus is not liable for technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or software failures that may disrupt online learning.
8.2. While we provide expert guidance and training, IELTS exam scores depend on individual performance, and Aviontus does not guarantee specific results.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

9.1. Aviontus does not sell or share information collected online with any third parties.
9.2. Student data is used solely for training, communication, and internal records.
